Caesar and Cleopatra, impressive rulers from ancient times, are united on this scene. Their worls have had different development paths, yet they had much influence on each other. With their son, these outstanding people had great plans for their future empire... at leat one of them had.
All sides are decorated with patterns in fresco style. Gold leaf was used in frame, symbols other elements. Mother-of-pearl inlays shine through various parts of the composition with the variety of colours.
The box is constructed of paper-mache, interior is painted with red lacquer, there is also written in gold: title of the work, Fedoskino, Knyazev Sergey and the year of 2017.
