Around the frame of gold leaf there is an excerpt from the poem - "...a crescent shining in her braid, and a burning star in her forehead...". Most part of the composition shines with mother-of-pearl inlays, kite`s wing extends fpr better effect. The box's lid can be opened with the help of a golden Swarovski crystal attached to the lid's side. The box is constructed from paper-mache. Traditionally, the box's interior is covered with red lacquer. On the lid's interior I have also written in gold the title of the work, Fedoskino, Knyazev Sergey and the year of 2015 |
