A series of Petergof`s gardens and palaces are perfectly suitable for masquerades and balls! It is full of intrigues and cheerful people. Empress Catherine is also known for her love to celebrate endless masquerades.
Golden leaf and mother-of-pearl inlays are used to decorate certain parts of the composition, all sides of the box are decorated with patterns. The lid can be opened with the help of golden-colored Swarovsky crystal.
The box is constructed of paper-mache. Traditionally, the box's interior is covered with red lacquer. On the lid's interior there is also written in gold the title of the work, Fedoskino, Knyazev Sergey and the year of 2016.
